Renovation is Complete...Now the Fun Part Begins!

After a few months of interior and exterior painting, new flooring, landscaping, and a little of this and a lot of that, Toad Hall (By The Sea) is finally ready to be moved into!! Happy Dance, Happy Dance!

Below are a few pictures of the completed renovation. Kinda hard to see the size of everything but the new store has a total of 2100 sq feet and seven rooms downstairs. Upstairs has an apartment that my husband and I will live in once we start building our house. For now it's a great office and storage-ha

Still working towards a March 2nd opening. I invite everyone to stop in when they visit Pensacola Beach, Perdido Keys, Orange Beach, Destin and all the other wonderful beaches around us over Spring Break and through out the Summer!

I still can't believe I'm doing this! Feels like I'm visiting and need to head back to Memphis-ha

Toad Hall Has A New Home

CHECK OUT OUR NEW PAD

This 2200 sq ft home is over 100 years old and located in historic East Hill.

As the pictures will show you below, it needs a little tender loving care

so we will not open until early Spring of next year.

Last Day Feb.28thNOWorNEVER SALE

Dear Friends,

Just a reminder that our last day open is Friday, February 28th. Our business hours are our normal Monday-Saturday 10a-5p.
We have sooooo many markdowns and HUGE SAVINGS on all of your favorite items. Now is the time to pick up that perfect Valentine or Easter gift, stock up on "Hostess Happies" or better yet bring home that perfect piece of furniture you have been eyeing for a while.
I also wanted to quash the rumors of what will be happening to my building. NO, it will not be torn down. No, it will NOT become a parking lot. I love this building and would never do that. It was purchased by a local developer and will most likely be leased as retail space.

(Thanks for letting me get that off my chest-ha)

Please stop by when you can and get some retail therapy...three weeks and counting...bittersweet.
And thanks to all who have taken time to come in and share such kind words and well wishes. I think I have probably cried just about everyday-oh my! They mean more to me than I can say and I appreciate each and every one of you!!

MOVING SALE...BEACH BOUND

Dear Friends,

Eleven amazing years have flown by and I am most grateful to all of you who have walked thru the door and allowed me to live my dream!
Recently, I was made an offer that I could not refuse on my building that houses Toad Hall and this will allow me to full fill another dream of mine which is living by the beach close to all of my family. (We have even convinced Mom to leave her childhood home of Chapel Hill, NC and join us!!) Although it is happening quicker than expected, it is an opportunity that I could not pass up. Bittersweet to say the least!
Our last day is February 28th, and I hope you will come by so I can thank you for your business and friendship over the years.
I am not fond of goodbyes so let's make this a CELEBRATION with a MOVING SALE beginning NOW!
